Dear friends! "Fitodoktor" is a Ukrainian manufacturer of cosmetics and hair care products.
We use plant extracts that give the final product the same effects as a living plant. The extracts are obtained using a safe, patented method of supercritical CO₂ extraction. This method preserves 100% of the plant’s active components in their natural form within the extracts. In other words, the CO₂ extract fully replicates the properties of the plant. For example, a water-alcohol-glycerin extract of chamomile contains 5 bioactive substances (BAS), while a supercritical CO₂ extract of chamomile contains a complex of 16 bioactive substances.

All products have undergone dermatological, toxicological, and clinical testing at specialized institutions of the Ministries of Health of Ukraine, Russia, Kazakhstan, and European Union countries. No irritating or allergic reactions, nor any other side effects, have ever been detected.
Although the raw material suppliers are world-renowned companies (“Cognis,” Germany; “BASF,” Germany; “Fragrance Oils,” England; “Floressence,” France; “Clariant,” Switzerland, and others), each batch of raw materials undergoes thorough inspection upon arrival.
Parameters are monitored during cooking (to ensure compliance with the recipe and production process) and packaging. The production process is designed to minimize human involvement: subsequent steps involving the product are carried out using vacuum pumps, and the cooking process is monitored by computers.
Finished products undergo thorough laboratory testing (appearance, color, odor, physical and chemical properties, packaging quality, and labeling). A Quality Certificate is issued for each batch. Samples are stored in the laboratory for the entire shelf life.
“FRYMA” processing unit (Switzerland). The production of cosmetic emulsions takes place in highly efficient mixing homogenizers under vacuum conditions, which completely eliminates microcontamination. Weighing and loading of components, as well as temperature control with an accuracy of 1 °C, are performed automatically.
“KALIX” (France) tube filling machines for filling and sealing laminate and plastic tubes, with a capacity of up to 250 units per minute. The dosing system ensures precise filling with an accuracy of ±0.5%. Marking is done by hot stamping, which cannot be rubbed off or overprinted.
"PKB" (France) automatic bottling line with a capacity of 60 bottles per minute. “BOSSAR” (Spain) packaging equipment for filling into Doy Pack-type soft pouches—70 pouches per minute. All equipment is made of polished AISI-316 stainless steel and fully complies with European requirements.
